Be sure to carefully read the terms and conditions of Raw Hair Extensions, as they contain important information regarding your rights, obligations, and any limitations or exclusions that may apply to you.

Terms and Conditions of Raw Hair Extensions

PayPal Payments:

We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% “natural raw hair extensions” and each piece comes from a separate donor.

We cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural raw hair extensions come in a natural straight, natural wavy, natural body wave, natural deep wave, and natural loose wave pattern, and the color will range between a natural 1b and 2.

In some cases, we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned, that if you purchase with the color or texture, we will not exchange/return your purchase.

We never do PayPal payments. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

Payment via PayPal in India is very typical for businesses for the following reasons.

  • Due to Indian Government regulations, the use of PayPal transfer service to India by a business is not permitted.

  • It is illegal for business.

  • If we use PayPal as a personal name, they take very high charges.

  • PayPal transfers Indian currency by converting USD to the Indian rupee at a very low price if we use a personal name without a business account.

  • Indian Government takes service tax as well if we use it personally.

  • We cannot transfer the money from the PayPal account to my bank account immediately. It takes 5 business days for the transaction.

Payment Terms:

At present, our company is giving more than 25 payment options. Here, we mention a few payment names below.

  • Bank Wire Transfer: Terms of payment are always 100% advance. We accept Bank Wire transfers. Our bank typically receives the funds the next day. We have our company registered bank account.

  • Western Union: We accept Western Union payments into my bank account. You can send through online.

  • Wise: We accept Wise payments into our bank account. There are two types of accounts in wise. Personal and business.

  • MoneyGram: We accept MoneyGram payments into my bank account. You can send through online.

  • World Remit: We accept world remit payments into my bank account. The First 3 transfers are free. You can send through online.

  • Veem: Our company has been registered by Buyers and clients can send me the amount through

  • Ria Money Transfer: We accept Ria Money Transfer payments into my bank account. You can send through online.

  • Remit2India: We accept Remit2India payments into our bank account. You can send us online.

  • Remitly: We accept Remit2India payments into our bank account. You can send us online.

  • Small World Money Transfer Service: We accept Remit2India payments into our bank account. The first transfer is free. You can send us online.

  • Azimo: We accept Azimo payment into my bank account. The first 2 transfers are free. You can send through online.

  • We also accept other types of payment. You may contact us by WhatsApp if you would like to know more payment options.

Cancellation of Order:

You may cancel your order before sending the amount. When our company receives your amount, your orders cannot be canceled. You can only change the order.

Order Processing:

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IST. All orders received before 4:00 p.m. are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.

Product Availability:

If any product is out of stock, or unavailable, or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case.

Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Lost Shipments:

If you have tracked your package and noticed any discrepancies in the delivery information or if it has been lost during transit, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91-9105313050. We will promptly get in touch with the Courier Company to initiate a trace on your package and start an investigation. If it is determined that the shipment has indeed been lost, we will send a replacement.

International Shipments:

All international customers are required to submit a complete shipping address with zip code/postal code, name of the city, and state. Once you’ve placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information. International shipments are not allowed to post box numbers.

Customs Clearance:

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

Free Shipping:

Sometimes, our company provides free shipping on a special offer. You can see details in the special offer section.

Minimum shipping charges will be $ 41 for international shipments. The shipping charge also depends upon the quantity and destinations. The bulk quantity of the order is placed, and the lowest shipping charge will be applied.

Fumigation Certificate:

A fumigation certificate is mandatory, you will be charged $ 19. A fumigation certificate is compulsory customs clearance. Customs officers always check the quality of which types of hair extensions are sent.

The customs officer will inspect everything carefully. We are also a pioneer in carrying out the Fumigation treatment of Human Hairs.

It is inspected that there is no lice, bed bugs, mosquitoes, cockroach, ants, rat, and rodent control. The customs officer also checks whether it is real raw hair extensions or not. It also inspects if there are Human Hairs.

Without a Fumigation certificate, the shipment will not be departed from India.

Prizes, Special Offers, and Compensation:

Returns, replacements, and exchanges are not permitted on products acquired by the client through a promotional contest or event. Hair acquired through a compensation contract from any company’s department is also not eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange.

All sales will not be finalized until it is approved by the Company. The company reserves the right to withhold approval at its sole discretion.


The company reserves the right to cancel or change any program without notice at any time.

The company reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, terms, and conditions. Please check this page periodically for changes.
